If you add referees to your profile, you confirm that each referee has agreed to act as your referee and to be contacted by landlords you apply to.
As a landlord, you may use RentMate to:
Landlord verification disclaimer: RentMate does not verify that landlords own or have legal authority to let the properties they list. Landlords are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to let a property and that all listings comply with Irish law, including the Residential Tenancies Acts 2004–2022 as amended by the Housing and Residential Tenancies (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2026, and RTB registration requirements.
Applicant data: when a tenant applies to your property, you receive their personal data. You may use it only to assess that application and to manage any tenancy that follows. You must keep it secure, must not share it with anyone else except where required by law, and must delete the data of unsuccessful applicants once you no longer need it. You are a data controller for this data in your own right under GDPR. The Data Protection Commission's guidance on requesting personal data from prospective tenants applies to you.

RentMate offers AI-powered tools including a Lease Generator, RTB Assistant, profile tips, cover letters, AI search and a Scam Checker. These tools are powered by third-party AI models (including Anthropic Claude). The Landlord Compliance Checker is a guided questionnaire and is covered by the disclaimer below.

Certain features of RentMate require payment, including:
Listings created during the free period: any property listing created on or before 1 October 2026 remains free of the listing fee for as long as it stays on RentMate.
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. To cancel, email info@luckyearth.org and we will stop future payments. The listing or feature stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Payments are processed via Stripe. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Fees are non-refundable except where required by Irish consumer law or where we fail to deliver the service.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
The RentMate platform, including its design, code, branding, and content created by Lucky Earth Ltd, is owned by Lucky Earth Ltd and protected by Irish and EU intellectual property law.
Content you upload (profile information, property photos, documents) remains your property. By uploading content, you grant RentMate a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and process that content for the purpose of operating the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, Lucky Earth Ltd's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law.
We aim to keep RentMate available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may carry out scheduled maintenance, and unexpected outages may occur. We will endeavour to notify users of planned downtime in advance.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
You may delete your account at any time through the platform settings. We may terminate or suspend your account without notice if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.
Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
If you are a consumer, you may also be entitled to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice on the platform at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
