Payments are processed via Stripe. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Fees are non-refundable except where required by Irish consumer law or where we fail to deliver the service.

The RentMate platform, including its design, code, branding, and content created by Lucky Earth Ltd, is owned by Lucky Earth Ltd and protected by Irish and EU intellectual property law.
Content you upload (profile information, property photos, documents) remains your property. By uploading content, you grant RentMate a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and process that content for the purpose of operating the platform.
RentMate is a platform that facilitates connections between tenants and landlords. We are not a party to any tenancy agreement and are not responsible for:
To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, Lucky Earth Ltd's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law.
We aim to keep RentMate available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may carry out scheduled maintenance, and unexpected outages may occur. We will endeavour to notify users of planned downtime in advance.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
You may delete your account at any time through the platform settings. We may terminate or suspend your account without notice if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
